I suspect this is probably my favourite Nick Drake album. Although Pink Moon runs it close. It's very difficult to pin down the attributes of a genius but this man certainly had many of them. It's a shame he never knew the admiration that future generations would heap on his work.

Bruce Springsteen Magic
Bruce Springsteen Working on a Dream
A far more whimsical Springsteen offering makes for a great listen. Seemingly without a care in the world, this pop record drifts dangerously close to being trite in places ("Surprise Surpise" is a good example of this) but somehow Springsteen seems to pull it off. Standout tracks include the epic "Outlaw Pete", "What Love Can Do", "The Wrestler". Just don't be expecting another Born to Run!
