Overall this band is original and definitely worth listening to, check them out. Every single track is worthy of a million play's. Devour is rock n roll at its best. Sound of Madness has such a distinct guitar riff and vocals that blow your mind with each listen, best rock song on the album. If you have a radio, you've heard Second Chance, I don't need to tell you how astounding every aspect of this song is. Crow & The Butterfly is nothing short of beautiful perfection, the lyrics are so creative and unique, they are really pushing the genre. Breaking Inside is a ballad through and through, I'm very surprised the song hasn't got the mainstream attention it deserves. Call Me is acceptable for any audience, the piano is a perfect tool to close out such an intense album. The tracks I didn't mention do not deserve any less attention than the one's I have, mind you. The Sound Of Madness has something for everyone, it is a classic. This is nothing like anything Em's done before, you should know that going in. Considering his best friend died, he went to rehab, and it's been 4 years since his last release, did you really think this tape would be normal? Every track features something to witness. Eminem's lyrical prowess is not only top notch, but entertaining from start to finish. From crazy tracks like "3am" and "Insane" to the more serious insightful tracks such as "Deja Vu" and "Beautiful", each song has something to say. Eminem fans will love this tape, the first listen might be a little surprising, but don't let that scare you, it's Eminem, he is back. They have fallen very short of the bar set by One-X. The first three tracks of the album set a great tone and got my hopes high, but almost no other song met the heights reached by the first three. Many of you have heard "Break", I'm sure, so there is no need for an explanation of how awesome it is. "Bitter Taste" is the album opener, and stays true to a classic sound Three Days Grace made their own on One-X. "World So Cold" is a generic rock song, but it is done so well it doesn't matter. Literally every track after these three dissapointed me except "Last To Know". "Last To Know" is memorable for its piano and relatable lyrics. It's just too bad the rest of Life Starts Now couldn't have the same originality these four tracks have. I am a HUGE Three Days Grace fan, their first cd was very good, and One-X blew my mind, but this one could've been a lot better. Cliche lyrics and recycled chord progressions give it a sound that is boring, and unoriginal. I am hoping for much more on their next effort.Trivium Ascendancy4.0 excellentAtreyu A Death-Grip on YesterdayChevelle Sci-Fi CrimesDisturbed BelieveDrake So Far GoneFall Out Boy Folie a DeuxHellyeah HellyeahHopsin RawJay-Z American GangsterJay-Z Vol. 3: Life and Times of S.
