The album starts off relaxed and cheerful with "Spit on a stranger" which shows more romantic lyrics combined with bittersweet melodies that seem to make me gaze off into the sunset, remembering Pavement in their younger days. This album really has the tone, energy and feel of a final curtain, which I always think is a lovely thing. However, I felt that this album just lacked the consistency that makes you leave your walkman in your pocket and not flick through tracks. It's not a BAD album, but at times it seems boring and pointless, to the extent you'll sigh and flick around tracks looking for a gem. And you do find them, with examples of Billie and The Hexx, but overall, this album doesn't seem to make the cut.. Worth a listen, but takes you down the route of the "later suff".... However you wanna take that.1.0 awfulFightstar One Day Son This Will All Be Yours
