The Song Starts out with a slower calming entry whose lyrics in a way sum up the entire song, and then picks up the pace. What I love about the song -even the band in general--is that they sing about things that matter. When I'm listening to music I want to feel like I'm learning someone’s opinion, and gaining new perspective. Also, I believe (some don't), that it sounds incredible. In the song there are two vocalists; a male and a female, two violinists, an upright bass, an electric guitar, and a simplistic drum kit. Although I have been told that people aren't too fond of the male's voice, I have always loved it, and I easily look over the lack or range, because his voice creates an odd balance with the rest of the band. The girl's voice, in my opinion, is beautiful. The band has released five albums in their history, and the song that I'm writing about is from the album "The Great Depression".
