Words can't come close to summing up this piece of mastery - let alone go into how amazing, influential and special this album is. Go listen to it. Then you'll see what I mean.4.5 superbCradle of Filth The Principle of Evil Made FleshThis album is absolutely amazing! Not many bands can pull off a fantastic debut album, but 'Cradle of Filth' certainly can. As simple as the intro ["Darkness Our Bride (Jugular Wedding)"] may be, I see it as one of the band's best intros. Favourite tracks from this album include: "The Principle of Evil Made Flesh", "The Black Goddess Rises", "To Eve the Art of Witchcraft" and "Summer Dying Fast".Cradle of Filth Vempire or Dark Faerytales in Phalluste One of their best efforts. The complexity and catchiness of "Queen of Winter, Throned" is something to be cherished. Great work!Cradle of Filth NymphetamineIn one word - FANTASTIC! This album is everything that the band have to offer; rhythmic guitars, amazing blast beat patterns, deathly screeches, and much more. In part to the fact of the disappointment of 'Damnation...', this album opened up a whole new door for the band. Their sound almost evolved in this album. My personal favourite has to be "Nemesis". It's purely amazing.Cradle of Filth Dusk... and Her EmbraceAMAZING! This album displays the pinnacle of the band's skill. Dani's vocals are at probably the most aggressive at this point, in terms of spine-tingling screams and deep, dark death-growls. The intricacy and speed of the music on this album is absolutely amazing. Their cover of Slayer's "Hell Awaits" is one of their best covers - bringing a whole new heart to the song.4.0 excellentCradle of Filth Cruelty and the BeastDespite only listening to a few songs on this album, what I've heard so far is really impressive. Albeit, the quality isn't amazing (blame the mixers), there's a depth to it that just jumps out. The track "Cruelty Bought Thee Orchids" is a true staple-classic.Queen Queen IIOne of Queen's best albums, this is. From the evocative fathom of "Procession" to the amazing works of "Seven Seas of Rhye", this album deserves mass recognition. Great work.3.0 goodCradle of Filth Damnation and a DayDespite having only a limited selection of good songs, this is my least favourite album by 'Cradle of Filth'. Good songs from this album are - "Mannequin" and "Babalon A.D. (So Glad for the Madness)". Over-all, I think it's safe to say that the album is far too long, with only a few good songs on it.2.5 averageCradle of Filth From the Cradle to EnslaveDespite having an immensely great title track, the rest of the E.P. lacks in skill completely. The only good cover out of the three is Anathema's "Sleepless". The re-make of their classic track "Funeral in Carpathia" is ridiculous. Purely ridiculous.
