The tunes weren't catchy at first but I can't deny that I kept coming back to the album. So I disagree with the reviewer. This is a good album, a reason for the continued existence of the album format over the single format, from front to back, first track to last track. I'd put good money on people just coming out of relationships enjoying the melancholy pop more than others. A step down from Breakaway but a good step. A good bet on it paying off for future releases.4.0 excellentDark Tranquillity FictionBasically, if you like earlier Dark Tranquillity releases then you will like this one. And if you're a fan of the Gothenburg sound then you'll enjoy the sound of it being done right without sounding tiring or overdone. Review was right, this isn't much different from Character but the tracks don't blend together like some other melo-death bands. Megadeth United AbominationsMegadeth's best release in a long while. Disagree with reviewer about this not being one of the best of the year. But then again I don't listen to a lot of the metal underground. Only misstep on the album is the release of A Tout le Monde.
