I think that music in this style has a very dark tone overall, and with the right vocalist to back it up, it's pretty much amazing, lyrically and musically. Editors come out on top with this album.Hurt Vol. IIJimmie's Chicken Shack Re.present4.0 excellentblink-182 Blink-182Kanye West GraduationMotion City Soundtrack Commit This To Memory (Deluxe Edition)3.5 greatDashboard Confessional The Shade of Poison TreesThis album is something I have been waiting on for quite a long time. I am really glad that Chris has stripped down his music and went back to his roots, but it's sad that I don't get the same feelings I get when I listen to the older stuff. There doesn't seem to be as much depth to this album as there was, and I hate to say it with D/C being one of my absolute favorites, but it is a little bland.Interpol Our Love to Admire3.0 goodKorn MTV Unplugged: KornLil Wayne RebirthFun to listen to. Has a couple of gems (Drop the World and Runnin'). The rest is just 'good'. Nothing amazing though.
