| Good production for a band of their calibre. The track listing is very good and the performance is awesome. Shure, Mille's vocals don't sounds as good as on the records but it's live so what'd you expect? If you are a fan of the 80's Kreator you will have to get this, I'm sorry but you have no choice. |

| This album is very much like the "Storm Of The Light's Bane" (Dissection), except it's two years older. One of the first Blackened Death Metal albums, it's really good, the melodies are very varied (there are many different types of riffs), the lyrics are all quite similar though, about Satan and that kind of stuff. This was made in the famous Sunlight Studios but still has a very different atmosphere from, say Entombed, the production is kind of similar but without the overkill of mid-frequencies, I guess it's more black metal, more "necro". Also, what is more in the Black Metal direction is that the album is much more "dark" that "butal", as I said; similar to Storm Of The Light's Bane. As on many albums recomended tracks are the two first ones, the last one, and the title track. |
