Eminem The Slim Shady LP
Eminem was one of the first Hip Hop artist that got me into Hip Hop. I remembered listening to "Without Me" a whole bunch of times. Em's first album is simply about showing his silly side with little focus on his angry side. Slim Shady LP has so many songs that'll crack you up from the drug story "My Fault" to bad influence "I'm Shady". His angrier side are also featured on Slim Shady LP too with Just Don't Give A Fuck is simply expressing his anger to people who pushed him. The album is simply enjoyable and it'll make you end up having a better day when you just listen to it. Don't take the lyrics too seriously, Eminem is simply just messing around and having fun.

Foo Fighters There Is Nothing Left to Lose
Korn Korn
One of the greatest Nu Metal album and also one of my favorites. This album was simply nothing but angry and painful due to the songwriting and topics from Jonathan Davis. I remembered I first heard "Blind" I was like "Wow, these guys are something". I just had to check more from Korn and all the stuff I did in the past made me into a Korn fan. "Clown" and "Faget" are simply the songs I really love and cannot say anything bad about it and if you love songs like that, there's plenty of more on the album. Korn isn't a band full of complexity but they have a great harmony in their own ways and I recommand you'll enjoy their music.
Linkin Park Hybrid Theory
Easily one of Nu-metal's best album. When Linkin Park dropped "One Step Closer", that's where fame increased and that's where they started to become big with other singles they drop: "Crawling and "In The End". Although, the album didn't really get alot of love from critics but it's sure one of the best Nu-metal's best CD to bump, when you are feeling very pumped up. The tracks on the albums are flawless, preponderance of tracks where you can go crazy, smash stuff and there's track that's more lyrical and visualizing past action with Linkin Park's influential or "I can relate to that" lyrics.

Korn Life Is Peachy
Korn has always been one of my favorite bands of all time and this album is simply a classic. Korn are simply loved for their original sound(Heavy riffs + errie guitair sounds and more stuff) It has soo much background to it. From the aggressive "Good God" to a more silly side "Wicked" or even both("Ass Itch"). Life Is Peachy is a more heavier album compared to their debut due to the loud screams Jonathan put on some songs. There's not too many things I can say bad about this album except some songs could've been better and Kunt was just childish and irritating.
Linkin Park Meteora
Meteora was a great album in my opinion. Some people labeled it as "Hybrid Theory Part 2" or saying it's boring or not great. First of all, Meteora's riffs are very different to Hybrid Theory. Hybrid Theory was more heavier and in an album too. Meteora was more depressing and you can tell by the way the music is made with tracks like "Faint" or "Breaking The Habit". I look at Meteora as a more creative album since there's a lot different feeling to it. I explained Meteora was more a sad album but it's still energetic like Hybrid Theory. "Lying From You" and "Don't Stay" are going to be the songs you want to hear when you're going to listen to Meteora. There's plenty of more energy on the album too. "Easier To Run" is a highlight for Meteora. Brad's melodic guitar riff fits perfect with Chester's vocals. Ending the album is the memorable single "Numb" which will just want you hear more from Linkin Park.

DMX The Great Depression
Korn Take a Look in the Mirror
Korn was always a great band when they were in the 90s days. This album is simply about going back to their old side, the Korn and Life Is Peacy days with a more heavier riff. Compared to those albums, it's a weak effort. Take A Look In The Mirror starts some nice songs ("Right Now", "Break Some Off", and others) but it features some of the most stupidest lyrics I've heard from Korn:
"Why won't it fade
Outside I had to lie; "I'm ok",
There's even more if you listen to songs like "Counting On Me", "Alive", and "I'm Done". The album also lacks harmony since there's actually slow songs and they use heavy riffs on it...What a horrible idea. What I like about the album is that it does remind me of the old Korn but more heavier and screamy. Think about it before you buy this album because it can get repetitive since some riffs are familiar to the songs. On the other hand, this is Korn's heaviest album and their dark, low riffs + Jonathan's expansion of growled/screaming vocals combination really makes the album enjoyable.

3.0 good
Slipknot Slipknot
Slipknot has always been hated and loved. For me, they're mixed. I simply love their style mixing Nu Metal and elements of Extreme Metal. Even some rapcore are in it. Their topics are basically being fed up at everything pretty much.. Starting the bad points of the album: they have some tracks that are just a bunch of noise("Tattered and Torn") and it's really out of harmony. "Prosthetics" is simply boring and No Life gets boring some times since the riffs aren't really working. Slipknot has always been a problem with me when it comes to their guitar tones - it sounds EXTREMELY boring! And I don't like "Scissors" - a copy of Korn's "Daddy". Now the good points: Corey Taylor is a vocalist that knows how to scream. His screaming vocals are very relevent to Death Metal vocals and I can't get tired of that. Joey is a great drummer. I seem to never get tired of tracks like "Surfacing" since it has a very catchy guitair introduction and a memorable chorus. Their heavier or speedy songs seems to be more enjoyable than their dark ones or just energetic. I can't get tired of "Spit It Out", "(sic)", "Wait and Bleed" and more. In the end, I guess like Slipknot more than hating them. I highly reconmmand you to think about their style before buying the album. Their guitar tone aren't great though and could be too extreme for some people.
