Black Flag The First Four Years |
Dead Hearts No Love, No Hope |
belive this is an incredible album because it really touches the base of hardcore music. They dont do anything pretty or fancy they just go and play the music that they love and grew up with. The lyrics in this album touch the hometown. It is about how Buffalo, New York is going to s* and there is nothing to live for here anymore. in my opinion this album is a classic. The band is influenced by alot of differnt music that you can hear and pick out throughout the album. You can hear the influence of thrash metal bands like Metallica, To the influence of original hardcore such as Black Flag. This is a great album and i would suggest buying it. |
No Cash Run Your Pockets |
I Rate this Album at such a high rating because they dont play around with all of the political bullshit they write about what life is like. Yes in Wilkes-Booth Style they do get on the subject of america and how screwed up it really is but the way the song is writen is magnifecent. The ballads that they use in Run your Pockets is amazing. The way they can put something so beautiful into something so distorted and make it work is an amazing thing. no Cash's Run You Pockets is easily the best ska-Punk album out as of right now. |
