4.5 superb
Circa Survive Juturna
Circa Survive is just one of those bands that slowly grows on you. You start off unsure, but then the interesting lyrics draw you in, and you can't help but listen to the album in its entirety. The vocals seems strange at first, but Anthony Green's high range fits in perfectly with the experimental melody and guitars.
My Chemical Romance The Black Parade
The Black Parade is a bit of a tribute album. It pays homage to the classic bands that our parents listened to back in the day (a wednesday), and they do it well. Even for those who don't like the bands aesthetics, the album still has an appeal to everyone. The new sound is good, but I wish My Chem retained some of their own sound, which somehow gets lost on a few of the songs.
Senses Fail Still Searching

4.0 excellent
Audioslave Out of Exile
Chiodos All's Well That Ends Well
At first, I really didn't want to like this band, given the lead singer's penchant for singing offkey, but after some solid spin time, I came to love this band as much as any other in my collection. It just takes a little getting used to the strangeness of it all.
Metallica Metallica
Relient K Two Lefts Dont Make a Right But Three Do
I am not a huge fan of pop punk, but I do like Relient K for their catchy, and often times hilarious lyrics. The riffs are fun, and most of the songs memorable.
Sugarcult Lights Out
I bought this album after only hearing Los Angeles, and I sort of regret it. The singer's voice has gotten much better over the last album; it's moodier, and has a richer tone. Unfortunately, it doesn't translate well on some of the slower songs, and turns into mush. A few of the songs were worth radio time, and were the only reason I scored this at 4.
The Fall of Troy The Fall of Troy
The Fall of Troy Doppelganger
Underoath Define the Great Line

3.5 great

Portugal. The Man Waiter: ''You Vultures!''
I really like bands that stretch the bounds of what has already been done musically, and I'm consistantly pleased by Portugal. The Man and their crazy musical tastes, but I was disappointed that their album sort of degrades and each song starts to run into eachother.
Sugarcult Start Static
Switchfoot Oh! Gravity.
System of a Down Steal This Album!
