5.0 classic
Bob Marley and The Wailers Legend

4.5 superb
Arctic Monkeys Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not
Thrown together (& that's exactly how it feels) so well. It's hard to imagine them struggling to pick their brains for the right sounds and exact thoughts that they wanted to portray bc I sensed that they were just throwing notes and beats onto a wall of rythm just to see what stuck. This album amazes me in an odd way, but doesn't leave me expecting more prominence from them later.
At the Drive-In This Station Is Non-Operational
Brand New The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me
A true fan anticipates new things from a band with potential, then gets somewhat freaked out at the off-the-wall sounds that aren't typical but intrigues the listener to find each intricate note they've produced. They're maturity has increased the quality of music they bring while they still search for originality, only progressing further in their careers and increasing my appreciation. I feel the disease spreading a bit.
DMX It's Dark and Hell Is Hot
Motion City Soundtrack Commit This To Memory (Deluxe Edition)
Nas Illmatic
Nas Stillmatic
For those that enjoy a genuine hip-hop album containing various sounds, styles, and poetic stories, Stillmatic is a great album to chillax to. NaS invites you into his world (or his mind) and it can be a beautiful ray of sunshine surrounded by love or a sudden, crippling gunshot wound. Raw & Thought-provoking in both senses.
Rise Against Siren Song of the Counter Culture
Rise Against The Sufferer and the Witness
From the beginning of their recordings to this current album and the many performances between, Rise Against doesn't hold back. Tim never wastes time when it comes to throwing intense and catchy music all-around the stage, beating both sides of your skull, demanding that you listen further. The lyrics contain no or VERY little bull, and they've also proven that a peaceful, loving and melodic side exists, briefly.

4.0 excellent
A Perfect Circle Thirteenth Step
AFI Sing the Sorrow
Brand New Deja Entendu
Deja is at the point where the band invites listeners to get a glimpse of the chaos inside their minds, to be caught in the many waves of ideas, discomfort, originality and their determination to find what potential is hidden inside their love of music. It's a bit of an uprising and pouring of passion.

Brand New Your Favorite Weapon
Your Favorite Weapon was the album that depending on the current situation, mindset, and track being played, would stick in the mind of a curious teenager and remain for much time. The band included the catchiness, depth, melodies and immaturity necessary for a good base to rise from.
Incubus (USA-CA) A Crow Left of the Murder...
Nas Nastradamus
Saosin Saosin
This album immediately left me wishing for something more and very impressed with how tightly the music was wrapped overall. The instrumentals deserve a 4.5 with the exception that they could be just a wee bit more outside the box. Excellent nonetheless. Cove disappointed only because of his potential. I hope he grows, digs deeper within and finds his style of varying tones and creative vocabulary. I look forward.
Sublime Acoustic: Bradley Nowell & Friends
Sublime Second Hand Smoke
The Academy Is... Almost Here
Hard to rate bc this album is basic, beautiful, and far too short. Very melodic and easy to get lost in with the heart this band brings to their performing. Excellent live as well but they leave you hoping for, but uncertain if they are capable of further truely artistic production.
The Shins Chutes Too Narrow
