So many bands have been influenced by them. I think this is their best album though. I am pretty sure it is the second to last album with Cliff Burton may his soul R.I.P. But anyway this album is excellent. It has several hits and it is a pure classic. You would defintaly be getting your moneys worth on this one. It has of course one of the best songs by them Master of Puppets. It also includes Welcome Home (sanitarium) and Damage inc. It is a great thrash album. Kirk Hammet's riffs are amazing and Hetfield just brings it with the vocals. Lars just does amazing with the drums and Cliff owns the Bass. This isn't your typical thrash album this a album that no one could ever forgot. This album was made in 1986 and it is still one of the best albums. Several people still listen to it and everybody knows almost every song on it. Several people have remade the song Master of Puppets. The have made sevral albums after this one and are still going today but i suggest this album. I mean this really sucks like not just ya it was bad this is holy cow that was horrible. I am never going to get those 45 minutes of my life back from listening to that album. I is just horrible. They think they are so cool with their little song I write sins not tragedies but their not. They never should of formed a band. I mean what do you think was going through their head when they wanted to become a band? This is just awful. They so like pop/rock and complete posers. I thought they were ok when i heard i write sins not tragedies then i listened to the whole album and I have never liked them since. To all of those Panic! At The Disco fans i have no idea why you like this band. They have no musical talent what so ever and they are LAME. Just plain lame and they need to quit trying to be popular. Do no waste your time on this album.
