Its a great refresher from what has been comming out recently and plus is sounds great. Its very fun to listen too and just flows well. Definitly worth the money. 3.5 greatIncubus (USA-CA) Light GrenadesI've been a long time Incubus fan (Enjoy anyone?). Nothing could top the funk rooted days of Fungus or even the more expieremental jaunts as Science, but nonetheless this is a great album. Brenden O'Brian did an amazing job producing an album that breaks what "rock" is supposed to sound like and made something raw. The band has great strength in improvisationational and the performance aspects of being a band. O'Brian knew this and engineered the album accordingly. I think since the band is notoriously bad for releasing albums in lengthy intervals, each new album is expected to be much more "ground breaking" than they really are. This album probablly wont seem to fit in the excellent catagory for sometime because Incubus is and will always be at the cutting edge of the evoloution of music.
