5.0 classic
Bone Thugs-N-Harmony E 1999 Eternal
Cannibal Corpse The Bleeding
Death Leprosy
Entombed Left Hand Path
Frightmare Midnight Murder Mania
Something for everybody with this release. You have elements of thrash, old school punk, death metal, old school death metal, grindcore, and more!
Some people complain about the production issues, but I think it helps! Song topics are strictly based on old school slasher flicks and the slightly muddy production makes you believe you are in fact in a slasher!
Modern day metal classic as far as I'm concerned. This is how metal should be...not goofy gimmick bands trying to "out gore" eachother as opposed to putting forth quality tracks.
King Diamond Abigail
Pestilence Consuming Impulse
Wu-Tang Clan Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)
This really needs no explanation due to the fact that 9 times out of 10, this album winds up on somebody's "Top 20 Hip Hop Albums Of All Time" list.

4.5 superb
Amorphis Tales From The Thousand Lakes
Anthrax Among The Living
Cannibal Corpse Butchered At Birth
Cannibal Corpse Tomb Of The Mutilated
Carcass Symphonies of Sickness
Great album and almost what I'd consider a classic. The album as a whole is only marred by some poor production quality. Then again though, this genre of music at this time period really wasn't even a blip on the radar so to speak...so the low production values come with quite a few albums of this era.
Danzig Danzig
Danzig Danzig II: Lucifuge
Deltron 3030 Deltron 3030
Exodus Bonded by Blood
Frightmare Bringing Back The Bloodshed
Ghostface Killah Ironman
Guttermouth Musical Monkey
Absolutely my favorite punk album of the "modern punk" era. The way that Guttermouth makes catchy and often times laugh out loud hilarious tracks on this album is second to none. Most punk bands tell a whiny story about an ex girlfriend, this band writes a song about the singer's mother being in the "donkey show" in Mexico. Brilliant...but it's a shame where the band went after this album, true stinkers.
Lord Gore Resickened
Mercyful Fate Melissa
Mercyful Fate Don't Break The Oath
Method Man Tical
Misfits Walk Among Us
Pestilence Testimony of the Ancients
Repulsion Horrified
The only reason I'm not giving this a full 5 rating is because of my personal taste on the production values that came with the album. Great fucking album...period.

2.5 average
Aborted Goremageddon: The Saw and the Carnage...
Arcturus La Masquerade Infernale
I really don't have any idea how to rate this. I suppose it's "good" music, but it was a blind buy and I wasn't sure what I was getting into. Melodic epic blackened pirate metal perhaps? Wierd.
Cannibal Corpse The Wretched Spawn
Deeds of Flesh Inbreeding the Anthropophagi
Deicide Insineratehymn
Deicide The Stench Of Redemption
Method Man 4:21... The Day After
I used to love Method Man...but then he made albums after his first "Tical" album. At least this one is a bit better then his last effort.
The Offspring Americana
Through the Eyes of the Dead Bloodlust
Metalcore that trys to be death metal without fully committing to it. As far as metalcore goes, I've heard MUCH worse (I'm not a fan of the genre at all). Occasionally has some nice death metal influence, but not enough to overpower the stuff I don't like. Billed as "death metal" by quite a few...but don't fall for that trick, I did and was dissapointed.

2.0 poor
Devourment Butcher The Weak
Unfortunately, death metal has become a cluttered genre as of late. There's some good acts out there doing their thing, then there's Devourment. Congrats guys, you put forth an entire album that sounds like a wall of noise. I really can't understand this "br00tal" trend in death metal.
The Offspring Conspiracy of One

1.5 very poor
