The reason i believe this is a classic, is cause it is simply the most original album I've heard in a long time. My favorite is either "The Tension and the Terror," or "Your Name Here (Sunrise Highway)." "Tension..." is great because it's very upbeat and in my opinion one of John Nolan's best lyrics ever. But that's just me talking. Anyway back to the album in general it's all around amazing because it fuses together the ideas of indie, the music of emo, and the pure talent of 4 amazing song writers. When I first bought this album i didn't like it because I wasn't into Emo OR Indie. Now after owning it for two years, I absolutely love it. I think that it should be listened to by everyone.
