We long for the epics of the classical and romantic era's but here we are in an age of short term listening, wanting
those songs that last for two minutes and stick in our head for a month. Not that there is anything wrong with that,
but Colors is a refreshing reminder that the innovative mind still exists without time constraints and popular music
hooks. The overall tone of this album is such a chaotic and yet structured masterpiece, that the most I can say is
listen once isn't enough, and listen one hundred times you still may not pick up on the subtle genius placed with
every note. |
