Say Anything In Defense of the Genre
In Defense of the Genre is everything you could possibly hope for in a follow-up to a great album: it takes all of the things that made ...Is a Real Boy so good and expands them. Unfortunately, it's also what you'd expect from a double album: it has some pacing issues, and Died a Jew is a painfully stupid song. Still, it's a fun album that really clinches Say Anything's place at the top of the pop-rock pack.

Silverstein When Broken Is Easily Fixed
I can honestly say that this is my least favorite album of all time. I tried very hard to like this, seeing as my friends kept praising it. I could hardly sit through it the first time, and it just got worse from there. Sure the music is a little more technical than a lot of screamo, but it's still generic as hell and the lyrics and vocals are abysmal. Plus, the slow songs are unbelievably boring. Please don't buy this.
