Sort by: Rating | Release Date | Rating Date | Name3.0 goodWeezer The Green AlbumSaying the best weezer record is the green album sets off bombs in my mind. i can say that weezer is one of my favorite bands but i can say that this has to be the weakest of their albums. the first album that they had sold out on. it's an album of songs and not songs of an album. yes it's the first album that i've ever liked as a whole and it make me find an interest in music but then i didn't realize the simplicity of the songs. sure they are catchy songs for awhile but rivers didn't use alot of his intelligence for this album. every song is the same. a guitar riff followed by a verse/chorus/verse/chorus/solo (that always seems to be echoing the chorus lyrics) and the end...nothing really stands out.
