Anti-Flag For Blood and Empire
Anti-Flag is a pretty good band. They're not even close to being one of my favortes but I have a couple of their CD's that i listen to every once and a while. What really gets me about Anti-Flag, though is the lyrics, especially on For Blood and Empire. First off, I usually don't like it when bands get too political. Anti-Flag, is the most political band i can think of. But some of the lyrics are just awful. For example, In This is the End (For you my Friend) the lyrics in pne partof the verse are as follows

a blitzkrieg of images to break your will
I hope you choke on every pill

The first line of that is good I guess but " I hope you choke on every pill"? That's just poor writing.
