5.0 classic
Led Zeppelin Led Zeppelin III
Classic is the only possible choice for this album. From the hard rockin' songs to the acoustic ones this is a great cd. As someone else here on sputnik pointed out, there is only one thing that could be changed about this cd, the order of the songs. It seems like they put all the good ones up first and then put all the fillers in on the end. That's nothing a little iTunes playlist can't change though. I think musicians get the most out of this cd (well, I guess they do in any case, but especially referring to LZ.)
This CD is a must for any classic rock fan.
Red Hot Chili Peppers Stadium Arcadium
100% Chili Peppers. The funk of the old integrated with the new school. All-around great CD(s). Jupiter and Mars are equally great, and I don't think there is a weak song out of all 28. In your review you mentioned "If" as being a bad song. I was pretty surprised by that because I happen to like it a lot. Oh well, to each his own, I suppose.
By the way, I think "Hump de Bump" is the best track on the whole cd. It is a fun one!
Streetlight Manifesto Everything Goes Numb
I idolized these men for quite some time. This is an all around amazing CD. I haven't heard any third-wave ska bands match these guys. As a matter of fact, I have heard very few bands in general that match them. With hardly any fillers on this album, it deffinately deserves a 5. It keeps coming at you fast to keep you from boredom, but at the same time it stops itself from sounding repetitive.
I give away another 5! Classic!

Bob Dylan Blood on the Tracks
Broken Social Scene Broken Social Scene
Elliott Smith New Moon
Jack Johnson In Between Dreams
There isn't a whole lot about it, I just love it. Jack is not some revolutionary guitarist that will change the music indistry forever, but he does know how to make me happy. Every time I listen to this It makes me happy. It makes me think of chillin' on a beach where everything is alright.
Oh yea, I also hear if you learn to play his songs on guitar, you can put it to good use on the lady friends
Neutral Milk Hotel In the Aeroplane Over the Sea
This was my first taste of Neutral Milk Hotel. I loved this band from the first listen. Lots of people seem to not like Magnum's voice, and I can deffinately understand why, but I think it is great and really fits well with the music and his great songwriting. The lyrics are exceptionally good on this album. Holland, 1945 is the major standout track off here. It is a song about Anne Frank and if you haven't heard it, you really should. Anybody who has thought about getting into NMH should really check this out.
