I have to say something about this album because Clint Lowery did a phenominal job with his brother Cory. I was dissapionted when he left sevendust but when i heard their first and only single "Brother" I had to rise up and knock somebody out in a fit of heavy meatal glory. Then I sat down and called my brother. I think that this band has not had as much recognition as they deserve but this is probably one of my favorite cd's because it gave me a sort of sevendust fix while they were getting therselves together in the studio. Dark new Day's work brings all sorts of ear shattering riffs and jaw dropping bass lines. Coupled with Beautiful vocals and artistic lyrics. And you can't ignore the kinetic energy of those bad a** drums. If you're a hardcore head bashing sevendust fan, or just like to hear some heavy romantic lyrics, check out this cd!
