5.0 classic
Bad Religion Generator
It is. Greg's lyrics and the dark imagery this provides in the liner notes. Hey! It's ONLY entertainment. Turn aware. Self awareness before the internet and news were. Chicanery is a word I try to use in appropriate situations.
Chevelle Point #1
I have to rate this something. I love the soft and loud dynamics. Sunny Day Real Estate memories. And screaming!!!! Back off PEER any skeptic who thinks this is less than a four can kiss my 'Open Long Blank Earth.'
Depeche Mode Ultra
Depeche Mode bounced back from their gospel
grunge era where Dave seemingly wanted to be the
biggest rock band ever. To more what made Depeche
Mode so good in the first place with Martin Gore.
Intimate songs that still can be instant classic.
(It's no Good).
Foxing The Albatross
In honor of this band breaking up. I make this a 5.0.

Wow I wrote that, I was definitely under the influence, the album is a 5 though. It's really
great and goes through a lot of moods but didn't just sound like another midwest emo album.
Interpol Turn on the Bright Lights
True classic. Certainly a 5 maybe there is one song that meanders a little but it doesn't matter. I wish I followed the band's journey more after this but that's how the wind blows.
Nine Inch Nails Year Zero
Me I'm Not and Capital G are 5.0 the rest is just dressing at times. I didn't. I will now
with a fat 5. Just so wait. It's a 5. I also wish I was more intuned with with the augmented
reality things did they to promote this. This is a 5. It is.

BTW I like God Given.
No Use for a Name The Daily Grind
This it is a total five. Such a ferocious album recorded quickly.
Suicidal Tendencies Still Cyco After All These Years
Redone and also free songs. Cheap one here but to fight some of the bad ones. Also Mike Muir really cared to re-creord this but he may have got a bum deal lol r
The Cure Disintegration
The Cure The Head on the Door
Most under rated Cure album in full. Screw kinda sucks but w/e. 5
The Cure Songs of a Lost World
The Weakerthans Reunion Tour
The Weakerthans Reconstruction Site

4.5 superb
88 Fingers Louie Back On The Streets
Adolescents Adolescents
LA GIRL, LA World. Take one. heh it is I think well some of them lived in the surf culture world. No one lives their world in what I say and everyone knows their best songs by now. Word Attack after the Kids of the Black Hole!
Bush The Science of Things
Depeche Mode Violator
The beeps and bips which remind me of the Mega Drive and Sonic the Hedgehog. This was early on in my DM discovery. This album is still a complete marvel. Learning about "Enjoy the Silence" is a quest of its own. There isn't a miss here. Blue Dress is only okay. I gave Ultra a 5 this probably is. Heh someday I am waiting for the night to fall again. When everything is clean.
Elliott Smith Either/Or
I feel like it starts slow and doesn't have any real hooks but by Ballad of Big Nothing I am along for the ride. Punch of Judy is great too. Just I think it is a me thing where I feel like I can't warm up fast enough to an album. rI think it is just the first song doesn't really grab me, but the drumming in Alameda is amazing!!!!!r
Everclear White Trash Hell
I don't like the boring Fire Maple Song here, but this album has some fantastic B-sides around the time when the album Sparkle and Fade was coming out.
Millencolin True Brew
Oasis Definitely Maybe
Just gonna toss a short lil review about the album. Not a five star banger, but it really came out with a lot of fire. I might be holding a half star hostage just because. I feel like Shakermaker is a bit boring. Up in the Sky I am not sure is that good either. But even with my quibbles. This is still Oasis at their finest moments.
Owen (the ep)
Skin and Bones needs to be heard more and That Mouth. Breaking Away. This EP rules. Look it up on youtube.
Rise Against Revolutions per Minute
Strung Out Exile In Oblivion
Sunny Day Real Estate Diary
The Cure Bloodflowers
The Mighty Mighty Bosstones The Magic of Youth
The Postal Service Give Up
This Is A Standoff Be Excited
This was a superb mix of of melody, some screaming and technical prowess. Definitely still worth a listen to this day. Standouts: You Won't Pass, Where I Can't be Heard, Silvio, Underwater, Dream Beater.

4.0 excellent
88 Fingers Louie Thank You For Being A Friend
AFI Sing the Sorrow
American Football American Football (LP3)
Heir Apparent it beautiful, I love the loud bass. Life Support rules, even some of the more dull songs eventually build into something great or don't detract much. It was cool to see Haley show up on here. I hope they both benefited from the collaboration.
Benton Falls Fighting Starlight
Brave Bird Maybe You, No One Else Worth It
Breaking Pangaea Take Apart The Words
A short nice EP the precursor to a more popular band.
Charlie Brown Gets A Valentine Dismissed
Dance Hall Crashers The Live Record
This is one of my favorite live albums. It's just got a ton of energy and is a lot fun to listen
to. It was the last thing they ever recorded (not counting the live dvd they released some years
later). They never released any new music after this so this also works as a Greatest Hits album
too as they play their singles, their oldest songs and some newer stuff (at the time). DHC never
hit it big in the mainstream; they always did play a part in the punk and ska scene in the 90s and
early 2000s. Karina and Elyse often did guest vocals for other punk acts of this era. If you
wanted to hear some fun punk music fronted by two gals I'd highly recommend giving this a listen.
Depeche Mode Songs of Faith and Devotion
Quick one, it's really good it was an era where DM was transforming into a full rock band and things got wild. I wrote this just because I wanted to rate the album and write something in my room.
Depeche Mode Playing The Angel
Foxing Nearer My God
Green Day Warning
I do have a lot of good memories with this album. Fashion Victim, Blood Sex and Booze, Church on Sunday. There is a lot of upbeat fun here too, that I felt like for some reason or another was really fresh at the time.
Headstones The Oracle Of Hi-Fi
What was to be their last album for at least a decade ended on a high note with some real heavy rockers. Some the best of their career with the usual collection of a few moodier slower songs. This band delivered some of the finest alternative rock from Canada during the 90s into the earliest of the 2000s.
Minus the Bear This is What I Know About Being Gigantic
Mustard Plug Pray For Mojo
No Use for a Name Don't Miss the Train
Owen The Falls of Sioux
Just because I don't think it is better than the
Avalanche, but these songs are really good. Plus
I am factoring in all his old albums. The only
songs I am not at the moment into are well Mount
Cleverest and Qui Je. Mount Cleverest is a great
title.

Edit for I love Qui Je now, but Mt cleverest
feels like a rambunctious worse version of the
first song.
Stavesacre Absolutes
Suicidal Tendencies How Will I Laugh Tomorrow If I Can't Even Smile Today?
T.S.O.L. T. S. O. L.
TSOL went through many iterations even including
the time there was no og band members. That glam
rock era was a zero.
T.S.O.L. Disappear
Loud and proud. Who would have thought one of the Offspring's inspirations would be on his label. This brings back a lot of the creepiness of Dance for Me with some real aggression too abbot cops and sex.
The Ataris Look Forward to Failure
I'll lean this towards a 4 because even though I think 'That Special Girl' is a throwaway track as
it's just really generic. The rest of this EP rips. Cost me like 8 bucks back then I don't
remember exactly haha 'San Dimas...' was the popular song of theirs in the era and it's still a
vibrant upbeat song that fits in with the theme of growing up and highschool. 'Not a Worry in the
World' is a dirtier rougher sounding outing while 'My Hotel Year' is the full band version as
compared to the stripped down one seen on "Blue Skies...." 'Between You and Me' was always a
favorite of mine here because it just hit hard. I wish I was as cool as Leonardo.
The Cure Seventeen Seconds
The Lawrence Arms Apathy and Exhaustion
The Lawrence Arms Metropole
The Menzingers Chamberlain Waits
The World Is a Beautiful Place... Are Here to Help You
Really good emo split in the middle if the 2010s. The World is a Beautiful Place and I am No Longer Afraid to Die went onto bigger things like getting an release on Epitaph that I am sure has a review. I just was looking for earlier stuff here to make a post. Shoulda heard the Epitaph one but ehhhh.

3.5 great
Adolescents Cropduster
No way is this album forgotten. Also Steve Soto gave it his all.
Bush Sixteen Stone
Gavin came out with an amazing version of European
coast Grunge after Kurt Cobain and company did.
The album was played everywhere in USA. It's
still good.
Everclear World Of Noise
No Use for a Name Making Friends
This was the best skate/hardcore NUFAN album since well ya know. It does get a bit boring at the end, but still has some fun hidden stuff. Hard for me to rate it because so much of the beginning rules and has Dicky Barrett and Dance Hall Crashers friends. rI'll settle on on a 3.5 for potential!
Sharks Keep Moving Desert Strings And Drifters
I got into Minus the Bear around that Menos album though the the first song I heard by them was Lemurs Man Lemurs. I loved the slap happy twinkle stuff a bit with a heavy bent on drinking. Anyhow I had this digitally once. I remember this being really cool though the last song was like 12 minutes long and a bit dull. So i dinged it half a point, but I wanted to sound off because I did have this. The first three songs were really chill and not boring. Going to play this now and maybe change my sound off.
Teenage Bottlerocket Total
I just wanted to sound off on this album uhhh I am doing this off the cuff, but ya there is another blood bath at Burger king, all the fries and the burgers are ruined. Very inspired by the Ramones esque music plus this band has ties to the Lillingtons iirc. KNOWLEDGE! Songs can be a bit repetitive but it's frigging Ramones styled rock.
Thank You, I'm Sorry Growing In Strange Places
I think this album came out great. There is a
dull song here or there and "Head Climbing" is
actually quite bad. I wanted Coleen to shout
more, but not like that. I generally don't skip
it though because it is only a couple minutes and
it ends with Coleen just laughing; like they know
this was ridiculous. Otherwise though from the
wistful start of "Your Backyard" to the growth
felt through the album ending with "As I Should I
Be" it feels like Coleen and the listeners can
move on and feel better about themselves after
all.
Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers The Last DJ
Hey the CEO!!!!!! Joe! :P I Actually got called off here. You get to be famous, I get to be
rich. THis is sooo old. I wrote stuff and I got called out for rating to too low heh.

Mother 'fer is a 5 but I got called for a low 3. C'mon! I have respect heh.
UnSun The End Of Life

3.0 good
Breaking Pangaea Cannon to a Whisper
Good to great album. I think the album art and the packaging is the most interesting part of it hehe I think I prefer the EP better as it feels like it comes together overall better. I just wanted to shout out this band for some reason and it had no reviews. I am sure the band that came after this certainly does. It was frigging Taking Back Sunday.
Digger Monte Carlo
It has some songs that hit, but as much as I liked to make this a win for everyone. It can hit some lows. Welcome to Vegas I guess. It's no lower than a 3.
Nikola Sarcevic Lock-Sport-Krock
I love the voice of Millencolin put out a couple folk rock albums. Some of these song are extremely good but Mirror Man isn't as good as it sounds.
T.S.O.L. Divided We Stand
Thank You, I'm Sorry I'm Glad We're Friends
I like the spacey pop and I am emo. I added the Coleen Dow EP here. I hope it takes.
*edit*
Huh well the name comes up in the database now, but all the stuff I added to it didn't save. I
wrote it up really fast but I thought I did a decent job enough for starters and I intended to
flesh it out more in the future. Oh well maybe someday I'll try again. It wasn't that important to
add, but I just figured since it was new it was worth adding since this band was here.
The Cardboard Swords The Cardboard Swords
Well (s)he said :P I'd rate higher if there was an album review possibly
Tony Sly 12 Song Program

2.5 average
The Lawrence Arms A Guided Tour of Chicago
While I'd honestly like to rate it a little higher as I actually still bust this one out from time to time. I don't want to fanboy it too much as it really isn't anything that special. Still at 26 minutes it goes by fast and is pleasant enough and brings feelings of nostalgia for me at least.

2.0 poor
Depeche Mode Speak & Spell

1.5 very poor
New Found Glory It's All About the Girls
I have this cd in my closet and I used to have it ripped to my computer. Alright, youtube,
away. But before I do that this EP has one or two actual good songs and even at that, they
are good for demo quality levels. The one song remember liking is standstill for sure. And
the other is probably scraped knees or my solution. So I am going to see now. Shadow is
fucking awful I know. JB was pretty good. I think Jordan's vocals are so grating on this
album, that it really kills some songs that weren't special to begin with. Anyhow. I'll give
this a 1.5 because I thought this EP was bad when I bought it so long ago, but I still
thought the patheticness of it was a bit endearing. I heard it after I got Nothing Gold Can
Stay and then the S/T.
