It is featuring Tupac at his best with artfully remixed instrumentals of the utmost quality that do a good job at matching scenery and tone of the music, (though usually slightly remastered beats are used) with good features from the Outlawz, making this an actually amazing venture for Death Row Records. It isn't even like The Chronic or The Slim Shady LP in which the beats are upbeat but the lyrics are dark, for a beat to be upbeat, it has to be of quality. Also, why was "2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted" ruined by replacing Snoop Dogg's amazing duet performance? Sure, the album has classics "2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted", "Hail Mary", "All Eyez on Me", and "Hit 'Em Up", but somehow Suge Knight half-assed some of the greatest hip-hop songs is just disrespectful to a dead man that is the greatest in music history.
