Surprisingly consistent. Maybe not as "important" as the debut, but at 80 minutes this album is way less bloated. Splitting it into 2 "sides" after heartsmear makes it much more digestible

Probably their best post Crack the Skye. Production isn't very good by any means (my main issue is the drum kit sound) but its not an album ruiner. Would probably be a bit higher if not for the production.
Mastodon Remission
Megadeth Killing Is My Business... and Business Is Good!
Megadeth Countdown To Extinction
Mental Cruelty A Hill to Die Upon
Mental Cruelty Zwielicht
Easily their best record to date. This band gets better with every release and their songwriting is at an all time high here. rEvery song has its own identity. Also new vocalist is actually a massive improvement for their growth. Of course there?s rgonna be comparisons to Lorna Shore but this project is so much more than another blackened deathcore act.

Trivium In the Court of the Dragon
If someone told me Trivium would be at the top of rtheir game 20 years into their career I'd say you rwere lying. In the Court of the Dragon shows Trivium rfinally reaching their true potential. Alex Bent was rthe cherry on top of this band that really helped rthem resurge their career into the premier metal rband they have always wanted to be. Cory and Matt rhit it out of the park as a guitar duo delivering rthe bands best riffs and solos to date. Matt vocally rhas never sounded more comfortable in the band than rhe has now and his phrasing has really improved. rIt's hard to believe this is the same band that rreleased Vengence Falls and Silence in the Snow.

Kendrick Lamar Mr. Morale and the Big Steppers
Its good but not amazing. Starts off strong and
closes strong but the middle of this album gets so
boring and too much of an R+B fest at times. Double
albums always shoot themselves in the foot with run-
time these days. Last 3 songs on here are
incredible. Mother I sober
is an absolute masterpiece.
Killswitch Engage As Daylight Dies
Killswitch Engage The End of Heartache
Knocked Loose A Tear in the Fabric of Life
Laceration [CA] Demise
Lorna Shore Pain Remains
Lorna Shore ...And I Return to Nothingness
The quality of these 3 songs is top notch but nothing groundbreaking. Kind of like a progression from their last release with
rmuch more cohesion with the symphonic elements. Really short runtime definitely leaves more to be desired but this is
definitely a transitional release with the new vocalist. Adams solos are a standout within the genre as always. Mix definitely
brings this down a bit.

Crown Magnetar sound excellent on this album and show pure potential. However, they reveal all their tricks on the first

super underwhelming.
