He gets hung up on the lyrics and other petty points.Music itself is a form or art, so it's subjective as far as beauty. So say what you will about a stroke you didn't like, or line that didn't fit your preconceived ideal, but this to many of us is masterful. The album is compiled of many great songs, and without concerning myself with what kind of life the musican lives, whether it be boring or that of a rock star or porn star, is that really what matters? I love it, it's new, fresh, takes you away from wherever you are on some songs, it's a keeper. These guys (Glass Animals) have created something that will live on for future generations to listen to and appreciate. More power to then for having the talent and wherewithal to cement themselves in history. The authors article and opinion will soon be forgotten, just like my critism of him for being a "critic." Now if you had a choice, would you want to listen to the music, or listen to some critic tell you how you should feel about that music and wine about it not fulfilling his tastes? You can have the nails to the chalkboard winer, I'm going with Dreamland...
