This is indeed a great album: lots of joyful moments a la Yes, melodic guitar solos and superb vocals. But as a big TFK fan, I can't say it's a perfect work. It sounds a bit dull in certain moments and instrumental parts are not always great as these guys have accustomed us in the past. Especially the guitar. However it's worth some listens and there are some of their best efforts in a while (like Vertigo, or The Bridge) and the album as a whole sounds like some of their first LPs, but refreshing and new at the same time. Also, I highly recommend this to TFK neophytes or to people that like symphonic prog in general |
