The difference between this album and AM is definitely greater than any of the other leaps before. The only comparable change was FWN --> Humbug but that is not to this extent. The albums songs blend together in a way but it only helps to form the mood of the record. This one seems to be a major grower, perhaps more than even humbug or SIAS. I am about 8 listens in and I continue to find more and more to savor. It may lack guitars but it does not lack much else!
