5.0 classic
Adept Sleepless
American Football American Football (LP3)
As far as I'm concerned, this is the album to beat for my AOTY list this year. Dare I say it's even more of a masterpiece than their debut? Nah, that can't be, I must not have the proper nostalgic backing.

Oh and to whoever said this is "jonas brothers on xanax" LMAO okay, this is definitely JoBros even though it's significantly stronger than every song I've ever heard from them... yeah...
Bleeding Through Declaration
Bullet for My Valentine The Poison
Get Scared The Dead Days
Built for Blame, Suck My Wang, Joel's Burning in Hell Someday XP
Periphery Periphery IV: Hail Stan
Sotelo's voice is aural sex, you mean

EDIT: HOLY SHIT THIS KICKS ASS. It's definitely too early to say, but this might be my AOTY. Whatever it'll be at the end, I just know I haven't been this obsessed with a new album in a long time.
Rolo Tomassi Time Will Die And Love Will Bury It
Tides of Man Every Nothing
Trivium The Sin and the Sentence

4.5 superb
Badflower OK, I’M SICK
Bring Me the Horizon There Is a Hell, Believe Me I've Seen It...
Escape the Fate Escape the Fate
Holding Absence Holding Absence
I'm calling it. This WILL be one of the best albums of 2019. The atmosphere, the melodies,
everything is pure ear sex based on the singles. Can not wait for March 9th.
EDIT: Yep
Lithium Dawn Gravity Waves
Definitely their best album yet. They took their master-class prog roots and made it a lot easier to digest here - both of their "Tearing Back the Veil" albums were sprawling hourlong epics and this is a little under 40 minutes. Great job, Lithium Dawn.
Northlane Alien
Orbit Culture Redfog
This EP blew my mind when I first heard it. The amalgamation of intense grooves ala Gojira's finer moments combined with dark, depressive passages is something this band clearly excels in. Very excited for what they do next.
Phinehas thegodmachine
Senses Fail If There Is Light, It Will Find You
Time, The Valuator How Fleeting, How Fragile

4.0 excellent
All That Remains Victim of the New Disease
Architects Holy Hell
Bring Me the Horizon Amo
Escape the Fate I Am Human
My Chemical Romance Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys
Our Hollow, Our Home In Moment / / In Memory
Some tracks definitely could have been trimmed, but there's enough good here to make up for it.
Sik World Still Lost
Slipknot We Are Not Your Kind
Edgy title aside I'm actually a bit excited for this one
The Agony Scene Tormentor
Trivium Vengeance Falls
Underoath Erase Me
Villain of the Story Ashes
Wristmeetrazor Misery Never Forgets

3.5 great
Bullet for My Valentine Gravity
Crown the Empire Sudden Sky
Cryptopsy The Book of Suffering - Tome II
Demon Hunter Peace
Halestorm Vicious
In Flames I, the Mask
Parkway Drive Reverence
An imperfect, but misunderstood gem. It's definitely not their worst album, that's for sure. Once people take the time to understand the process behind it, they might just end up having to concede that this is just as important of a Parkway album as Killing With a Smile was years ago.
Unearth Extinction(s)
This is just standard Unearth, I don't know what the hell y'all are on, they've always been a consistent 3-3.5 band to me.
Villain of the Story Wrapped in Vines, Covered in Thorns

3.0 good
Asking Alexandria Asking Alexandria
Blessthefall Hard Feelings
Fight The Fury Still Breathing
Interesting side project, I'll see how this fares upon release and potentially review it.
In Flames Battles
Like Moths to Flames The Dream is Dead
Two good tracks bogged down by some miserably tinny production choices.
Memphis May Fire Broken
Feels more like Skillet or Red than their heyday, but I don't hate this.
Phinehas Dark Flag
Sonohara Shadows
Sonohara Finding Rhythm
The Last Ten Seconds of Life Machina Non Grata

2.5 average
Atreyu In Our Wake
Basically Lead Sails, Pt. II. I don't have a problem with that.
Avenged Sevenfold City of Evil
Bullet for My Valentine Scream, Aim, Fire
Escape the Fate Hate Me
Like A Storm Catacombs
Panic! at the Disco A Fever You Can't Sweat Out
Skillet Victorious

2.0 poor
Avril Lavigne Head Above Water
Avril, why the fuck did you have to dash my hopes for something halfway decent? This is so much
worse than I was expecting it to be.
Breaking Benjamin Ember
Hinder When the Smoke Clears
XXXTENTACION Skins
I guess it's okay, definitely the worst release to X's name but I dug 17 and was alright with ? so meh.

1.5 very poor
Bring Me the Horizon Suicide Season
Disturbed Evolution
Papa Roach Who Do You Trust?
Three decent songs - The Ending, Feel Like Home, and I Suffer Well. I don't mind the closer either.

The rest is fucking garbage though, holy shit.
Sonohara Anonymous
Threatin Breaking the World
This dude's basically the Tommy Wiseau of music. What a meme. Will be reviewing soon.

1.0 awful
Buckcherry Warpaint
Judah and the Lion Folk Hop N' Roll
Judah and the Lion Pep Talk
Sonohara Nervous Wreck
