The album's haunting gothic, at times jangly, folk sound is made all the more compelling by Wolfe's mesmerizing echo-soaked vocals. The production is much more sparse when compared to an album like Abyss, however the instrumentals are much more sparse as well, often featuring only Chelsea's vocals and a guitar, as well as a swirling drone behind her.
