Had to throw another 5 at AaS for this one. This shit is just beautiful. Perfectly executed electronic music. The first track is the BANGER. Gets locked in your head immediately, and you just want to play it again. The rest is the ultimate chill-out session. Without a doubt my favorite record of the year

Brilliant execution of new and exciting experimental territory. While it largely uses an ambient soundscape as the backdrop throughout, there is enough variation and dynamics that make this a grade A listening experience. As soothing as it is intense. I am tempted to dub it "soundtrack jazz". Its layered in a visceral and exploratory way that sounds like a film score
Count to Altek Hybrid Symbiont
Well, another unexpected step for CtA into territory that has not been explored. Though, I don't know if I'd call any of this the"jazz metal" as I've heard it described. ihas sections of ambient and jazz that are profound, and amazing soundscapes. Like the most intense dream you've ever had

Awesome resurgence of old school drum and bass mixed in with spacey elements and experimental touches. Impressive for its time, highly original and doesn't really resemble much being released in the genre today.

This solo project has been Oliver's best artistic endeavor to date... Every release so far has been incredible. Millennium-style electronica that's completely immersive. "No Aquarium" is my favorite track right now. Can't get it out of my head!!!!!
Myles Oliver The Train Beyond Home
Many cool unexpected things happening but real relaxing. Again AaS's focused on creating mainly a
atmospheric listen. The lyrical focus on Christ is strange for this kind of music. A chilled out
approach that works its magic.
Myles Oliver Through Us In Radar
This album hits all the right marks for me mostly. While it isnt necessarily the crazed out dance music I was
expecting and hoping for, it plays more like an ambient featherbed for your brain. And I am ok with that. Requires
more spins to fully understand I think.

Good stuff but pretty all over the place and at times
dull. I enjoy "Black iris"'s flow even if its progressions

save that track and much of the album from being a
complete loss

I have a soft spot for Portal of I and still see that s this bands best work. The drumming on this is superb. But it starts to really grate on your brain after a while. Expected something more out there and progressive from the guys but oh well You cant win em all. Portal of I will always be a masterwork. Now the band needs to move on.
