So so so hyped. Singles have been very promising, especially Swim Beneath My Skin probably my favorite single this year. Thieves is so sick, I love their short, unbelievably heavy songs. If Choke and Slave made sweet love, Thieves would be their offspring. So far this is looking like a classic, may drop rating when I get to hear the album in full but like I said, this shit is promising.Counterparts Tragedy Will Find UsEND (USA-NJ) From the Unforgiving Arms of GodHeaviest release I've heard in a while. Brendans vocals blow me away, didn't know his lows were so sick. The guitars are damn good. I find I'm really drawn to the drums, they work perfectly with the guitars. Beautifully brutal masterpiece imo.ERRA AugmentIce Nine Kills The BurningSaba Care For MeThe Plot In You Happiness in Self Destruction4.0 excellentBeing as an Ocean How We Both Wondrously PerishCounterparts ProphetsCurrents The Place I Feel SafestCurrents Life // LostDelusions of Grandeur ApotheosisDrug Church CHEERLife Lessons I Know What I'm Not3.5 greatHave Mercy (Indie) A Place of Our OwnHave Mercy (Indie) The Earth Pushed Back3.0 goodBorn of Osiris The Eternal ReignBorn of Osiris Tomorrow We Die Alive2.5 averageBeing as an Ocean Waiting For Morning To ComeGood album to smoke to. Ok is a great track if you're feeling down, really connected with it. Too many instrumental tracks. Suddenly, I Was Alone was great though. This album doesn't even come close to HWBWP. Sadly, not much else for me to say here.2.0 poorDance Gavin Dance Acceptance SpeechTerror Total RetaliationInstrumentals are solid, vocals sound solid but lyrics are pretty subpar to say the least here. It's strange hearing a 45 year old vocalist scream about how he will not conform to societies point of view. I guess for some people, teen angst isn't a faze. And the lyrical content of this album really proves that fact. Oh and there's a really really trash rap interlude that comes out of nowhere.
