Witches of Doom blend with masterclass their influences...from 70s hard rock...to 80's new wave english bands to 90's stoner rock industrial and goth metal...the result is quite original and takes you to another dimension all together....Obey is an all time classic that deserves to be up there with the best international stoner-goth rock bands...if you're into prime Danzig,Type o Negative,Depeche Mode,the Cult, Black Sabbath, Orange Goblin etc..then this album is definitely for you!!!Witches of Doom DeadlightsDeadlights is the second release from Witches of Doom...their second album is a more diverse effort from their classic first album Obey. The band fires up on all cylinders on this one, adding more colors to their recipe of goth-stoner metal...the keyboards arrangements are spot on and from the all guns blazing opener Lizard Tongue you can hear a good mix of Moonspell and Danzig....the other tracks are amazing as well and give you all kind of different vibes...from the evil and mysterious Run with the Wolf to the more somber Winter Coming...other stand out tracks are Deface - the chorus is pure Mission - and the catchy Homeless - a sort of cool mix of Faith no More and Killing Joke-...so if you're into these bands aforementioned then you cannot miss this top notch album....
