Agalloch The Mantle
You deserve a perfect rating when you completely engulf the listener into your album's atmosphere and are able to make them feel like they are inside the world "The Mantle" is trying to portray. This is a must listen for everybody who can hear. What an experience.
Agalloch Ashes Against the Grain
Alice in Chains Dirt
Alkaline Trio Goddamnit
The best Pop-Punk album of all time. Absolutely brilliant.
Alkaline Trio Maybe I'll Catch Fire
Alkaline Trio From Here to Infirmary
Alkaline Trio Alkaline Trio
At the Drive-In Relationship of Command
Between the Buried and Me The Parallax: Hypersleep Dialogues
Between the Buried and Me figured out that they didn't have time to fuck around in the e.p. So as a result, they showcased just what they can do when actually have focus. One of the best E.P.s out there. Its a shame BTBAM cant replicate this in a L.P. yet.
Buckner and Garcia Pac-Man Fever
Captain, We're Sinking The Future Is Cancelled
This album is everything the Wonder Years wishes they were.
Catch 22 Keasbey Nights
City of Caterpillar City of Caterpillar
The first album you should listen to if you want to give the emo genre the old college try.
Converge Jane Doe
If you haven't listened to Jane Doe yet, its OK. Its only one of the greatest metal albums of all time.
Coroner Mental Vortex
Dance Gavin Dance Happiness
Dead Kennedys Plastic Surgery Disasters
Dead Kennedys Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables
The first great punk album in my opinion. It doesn't get any better than this when it comes to Punk.
Death Human
Death Symbolic
Death The Sound of Perseverance
Death Individual Thought Patterns
Death Grips Bottomless Pit
Deep Turtle There's a Vomitsprinkler in My Liverriver
Its unbelievable how few ratings this album has here. Can we call this the most underrated album in Sputnik?
Deftones Around the Fur
The album where Deftones "figured it out". I personally think its their best, but of course its debatable. With that being said, its a must listen.
Descendents Milo Goes to College
Dillinger Four Midwestern Songs Of The Americas
Dissection Storm of the Light's Bane
This is a must listen for anybody with can hear. Unbelievable album.
dredg El Cielo
Drive Like Jehu Yank Crime
Eminem The Marshall Mathers LP
Empire! Empire! (I Was a Lonely Estate) What It Takes to Move Forward
Explosions in the Sky The Earth Is Not a Cold Dead Place
The best example of Post rock you can find. The album has an amazing ability to take your story and put it in an album, if that makes sense.
Finch Say Hello to Sunshine
The album that destroyed Finch's career. Finch took their original sound, and stretched it past
all their boundaries and potential. Finch showed tremendous growth musically and lyrically. They
completely challenged themselves musically and took the next step. This album should represent
what every single band should do when it comes down to developing their sound. Overall, this is
the greatest post-hardcore album of all time, and I will argue that it should be at least
considered for one of the greatest albums of all time. R.I.P. Finch
Finch Phantasma
Flaw Through the Eyes
Foo Fighters The Colour and the Shape
Genesis The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway
George Harrison All Things Must Pass
I find it absolutely hilarious that John and Paul were so self absorbed and such egomaniacs that they didn't even realize just how better of a song writer George Harrison is than they were.
Godspeed You! Black Emperor Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven
Gospel The Moon Is a Dead World
If I had to argue what the greatest album of all time is, its got to be this one. Gospel grabs your hand and guides you through all their troubles and experiences in this album. The entire album flows like a book and it feels like all the songs are perfectly in place. "The Moon is a Dead World" by Gospel is criminally underrated, and its an album that everybody should experience. r6/5, I had high expectations with this album, and it shattered all of my expectations.
GZA Liquid Swords
Hammock Raising Your Voice... Trying to Stop an Echo
HORSE the band Desperate Living
Hulk Hogan and The Wrestling Boot Band Hulk Rules
Hum You'd Prefer an Astronaut
All hum wanted to do is get to first base, and they ended up hitting a grand slam. This is one of the great albums of the 90's.
Hum Downward Is Heavenward
After Hum hit the home run that would lead them to the world series, they would hit a grand slam in the world series. How you can top "You'd Prefer an Astronaut" is beyond me, but Hum did it.
Insomnium Above the Weeping World
ISIS Panopticon
Very few albums can tell a story with its music. Absolutely brilliant. Top 5 greatest albums of all time.
ISIS Oceanic
Joy Division Unknown Pleasures
Judas Priest Painkiller
Kayo Dot Choirs of the Eye
Korn Korn
Lynyrd Skynyrd Pronounced Leh-Nerd Skin-Nerd
Macho Man Randy Savage Be A Man
Madvillain Madvillainy
maudlin of the Well Bath
Megadeth Rust in Peace
Meshuggah I
One song, twenty-one minutes song. So how did Meshuggah pull this off while keeping our attention? Well, Meshuggah was forced to change things up and try different things. As a result, Meshuggah tried new things and thought outside the box, and it resulted in one of the greatest EPs ever. This ep showcases Meshuggah's potential.
Metal Gear Solid Metal Gear Solid Soundtrack
Metallica ...And Justice for All
Lars almost ruined this album, but the rest of Metalica compensated for Lars ineptness by thier tremendous song writing.
Metallica Kill 'Em All
Modern Life Is War Witness
Modest Mouse The Lonesome Crowded West
Modest Mouse The Moon & Antarctica
Modest Mouse This Is a Long Drive for Someone with Nothing to Think About
Motion City Soundtrack I Am the Movie
Mudvayne L.D. 50
Neutral Milk Hotel In the Aeroplane Over the Sea
Nigel Pepper Cock Fresh White Reeboks Kickin' Your Ass
This gets a five because of the album cover. The cover is a perfect representation of the music. Like the album cover, its ridiculous, insane, and kind of clever in its own weird way but most of all, you will never forget it.
Nobuo Uematsu Final Fantasy IV: Original Soundtrack
Nobuo Uematsu Final Fantasy VI: Original Soundtrack
NOFX The Decline
One of the greatest punk albums of all time, and its a true testament to what NOFX was capable of, its too bad NOFX never could recreate the magic they created with this album.
Oceana Birth.Eater
What a difference one band member can make. Oceana completely recreates their sound and creates an extremely dark atmosphere. The song writing is absolutely superb and it is the absolute best that Metalcore has to offer. The entire album(I am speculating here, Brennan Tulabee hasn't revealed what the album is about.) is about Brennan's experiences of growing up knowing that he was suppose to be aborted when he was a fetus. Many of the themes in the album include loneliness, anger, death, sadness, birth, and family. In each song, Oceana pulls you in and gives you a taste of the darkness he is feeling inside. This is an album that must be listened from start to finish. I think this is an album that everybody needs to listen to before they die.
Oceansize Frames
Of Machines As If Everything Was Held In Place
I realize that this should be a 4.5 instead of a 5, but when you take in consideration that these guys were a band for 3 months and that none of the members of Of Machines were over the age of 18 when this album was released, I think they deserve that extra .5 bump.
Operation Ivy Energy
Orchid Chaos is Me
Orchid Dance Tonight! Revolution Tomorrow!
pg.99 Document #8
An automatic listen if you want to delve into the emo/screamo genre. This should be the second screamo album you should listen to after City of Caterpillar.

Static-X Start A War
Hey Slipknot, this is what great Nu-Metal sounds like when you are actually focused on your music and not your image. I think many people put Static-X in the whole "bad nu-metal" group without listening to their entire discography because of their image. Its a shame because "Start A War" by Static-X is one of the best albums that Nu-Metal has to offer. I highly recommended to any metal fan, you will be shocked how well made and consistent this album is.

One of the most overrated albums of all time. This album is filled with supreme talent, but there is such a lack of focus and unity that it feels like all the members wrote and recorded it in different rooms and with different perspectives. The entire album feels like all the members are in competition rather than in a band. With that being said, I believe that this album is still worth owning, and there are a couple wonderful songs in the album.

Nickelback gets way too much criticism in my opinion. Silver Side Up really is not a bad album, and its perfect to listen to with your parents who thought that Metallica was to hard for them lol.
Oceana The Tide
Of Mice and Men The Flood
Papa Roach The Paramour Sessions
Paramore All We Know Is Falling
Paramore Riot!

Pierce the Veil Selfish Machines
Protest the Hero Scurrilous
Puddle of Mudd Come Clean
Rev Theory Light It Up
Rise Against Siren Song of the Counter Culture
The album is every angsty teenager's wet dream. Its nothing new with punk though. The themes are the same and the music writing is sub par.
Rob Zombie The Sinister Urge
Saliva Every Six Seconds
Seaway Hoser
Secondhand Serenade A Twist In My Story
Senses Fail Life Is Not a Waiting Room
Senses Fail The Fire
Set Your Goals Mutiny!
Shinedown Leave a Whisper
Skillet Awake
Skillet Collide
Slayer Divine Intervention
Out of all the bad Slayer albums, this one is the best. Its definitely a huge step down from
Seasons of Abyss, but its still not abysmal like their future albums.
Sleeping With Sirens With Ears to See and Eyes to Hear
Sonic Syndicate Only Inhuman
Static-X Machine
Static-X Cannibal
Sum 41 Screaming Bloody Murder
This isn't as bad as I remembered it being. It has some pretty fun jams on here.

The Mooney Suzuki Alive And Amplified
The Used In Love and Death
The Wonder Years Suburbia I've Given You All and Now I'm Nothing

We Are The In Crowd Guaranteed To Disagree
We Came As Romans Understanding What We've Grown to Be
Weezer The Green Album
If this was 2001, I would have despised this album. 15 years later, I think this is a solid album. Weezer tries to go as far away from Pinkerton as possible while still having that Weezer catchiness to them.
Weezer Maladroit
Wilco Star Wars

All Time Low So Wrong, It's Right
All Time Low is the asscrack of pop punk. This is the best that All Time Low had to offer and it still sucks. Unless you are 13, I would avoid this.
Blessthefall Hollow Bodies
Blessthefall Awakening
Boys Like Girls Love Drunk
Bring Me the Horizon There Is a Hell, Believe Me I've Seen It...
The more I listen to this, the more I dislike it. Its a little more mature than Suicide Season. Crucify me and It never ends are the only songs I recommend. By the way, what an awful album name.
Bring Me the Horizon Sempiternal
Overrated album. If you liked "There is a hell..." you will enjoy this album.

I mean sure, if you want to listen to wasted potential and atrocious mixing, go right ahead. They took a huge step back in song writing too. Such a disappointing album.

I really wish these pop punk bands would stop singing about this same damn thing. This is as cookie cutter as it gets.
Rise Against Appeal to Reason
Set Your Goals Burning At Both Ends
Shinedown Amaryllis
Shinedown Threat to Survival
Slipknot Vol. 3: The Subliminal Verses
Slipknot completely sold out with Vol. 3, but at least it sounds different than their S/T.

Trivium Ember to Inferno
Twenty One Pilots Vessel

2.0 poor
3 Doors Down Time of My Life
A Day To Remember Homesick
I mean, if you like average pop punk with breakdowns, then this is for you. But why anybody past middle school would like that is beyond me.

All Time Low Don't Panic
Asking Alexandria Stand Up and Scream
Avenged Sevenfold Nightmare
Avril Lavigne Under My Skin
Beartooth Aggressive
Blessthefall To Those Left Behind
blink-182 Take Off Your Pants And Jacket
I realize I am in the minority for this album. I feel like this is Blinks worse album. The song writing is uninspiring, and the lyrics are even more middle school humor. This album is essentially a dumbed down version of Emina of the State, which was a dumbed down version of Dude Ranch.
blink-182 Neighborhoods
blink-182 California
Breathe Carolina Hell Is What You Make It
Breathe Carolina Hello Fascination
Bring Me the Horizon Suicide Season
This album set metal core back about 10 years. This gets a 2 instead of an 1 because at least there is a couple of fun songs in Suicide Season.
Chiodos Devil
The older I get, the more I realize how bad of a song writer Craig Owens is.
Cute Is What We Aim For Same Old Blood Rush With A New Touch
Disturbed Immortalized
Eminem Recovery
Fall Out Boy Infinity on High
Fall Out Boy From Under the Cork Tree
Fall Out Boy Folie a Deux
I See Stars Digital Renegade
Linkin Park Living Things
Lorde Pure Heroine
Lyrics don't mean anything if the music or poetry doesn't have any flow. This album gave me
nothing to really grab on to, and it offered very little when it comes down to substance.
This album made me feel like nothing was going on. In my opinion, this
is one of the most overrated albums of the past 10 years.
Maroon 5 Hands All Over
Metallica Load
Miss May I At Heart

Neck Deep Wishful Thinking
Panic! at the Disco Pretty. Odd.
Papa Roach Infest
Papa Roach lovehatetragedy

Rise Against Endgame
Rise Against The Black Market
SECRETS The Ascent
Simple Plan No Pads, No Helmets... Just Balls
Slayer Undisputed Attitude
Slayer God Hates Us All
Slipknot Iowa
Slipknot did not progress with Iowa at all. I actually thought this was a Slipknot S/T b-side album at first. Iowa has all the annoying factors of Slipknots S/T and they managed to fill it with even more teenage angst than the S/T. If you listened to Slipknots S/T and was not impressed, I would stay away from Iowa.
Slipknot .5: The Gray Chapter
Taylor Swift 1989
The Academy Is... Santi
The Devil Wears Prada Plagues
The Exies The Exies
This is a very immature album, but it holds alot of hidden potential. I would only recommend if you like the Exies.
The Maine Can't Stop, Won't Stop
The Pretty Reckless Light Me Up
The White Stripes White Blood Cells
The White Stripes Elephant
One of the most overrated albums in the 2000's. Completely sub par song writing, and it heavily relies on the recording gimmick(which wears off pretty fast).
We Came As Romans Tracing Back Roots
Weezer Hurley

1.5 very poor
A Skylit Drive Adelphia

Fuck you Chad Gray and fuck all this wasted potential.

letlive. If I'm the Devil...
What a waste of potential. This band has turned into a one album wonder, if you can even call Fake History that.
Linkin Park A Thousand Suns
Macklemore and Ryan Lewis This Unruly Mess I've Made
Metallica Reload
Mudvayne Mudvayne
My Chemical Romance Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys
Oasis (What's the Story) Morning Glory?
I will never understand this album or the rating it has on here. This is essentially the Beatles. They sound like the Beatles, they write like the Beatles, and they are as arrogant as the Beatles. I guess if you think the Beatles are criminally overrated like I do, then you will hate this album. If you are one of those people who masturbate over the Beatles, you will adore this album. If you are indifferent about the Beatles, then you will feel indifferent about this album.
Of Mice and Men Restoring Force
Periphery Periphery III: Select Difficulty
Radiohead Pablo Honey
This album is just not good. You can tell that Radiohead was very disorganized and on the verge of breaking up during the recording of this album. I would only recommend if you are a die hard Radiohead fan.
Rev Theory Truth is Currency
Sam Smith In the Lonely Hour
SECRETS Everything That Got Us Here
Simple Plan Still Not Getting Any...
Skillet Rise
Slayer Diabolus in Musica
Sleeping With Sirens Feel
Suicide Silence The Cleansing
No pity for a coward is a great song. The rest of this album is bad. Just buy No Pity For a Coward on itunes, and forget the rest.
Suicide Silence Suicide Silence
Lol, this is literally the best thing Suicide Silence has to offer. Its abysmal, but at least Suicide Silence is trying to be musicians.
The All-American Rejects When the World Comes Down
The Maine Black & White
The Wonder Years Sister Cities
Thousand Foot Krutch Set It Off
Thousand Foot Krutch Exhale
Three Days Grace Life Starts Now
Trivium The Crusade
Twenty One Pilots Blurryface
Underoath Erase Me

1.0 awful
3 Doors Down Us and the Night
Adele 25
Adele took all her potential she had, and completely buried it. Adele did not even try to do anything different. Its a watered down version of "21" and because of that, it gives me no reason to listen to this album. The worse part about 25 is that she got rewarded for being safe. Extremely lazy album.
All That Remains A War You Cannot Win
All That Remains The Order of Things
All That Remains Madness
All Time Low Dirty Work
Angels and Airwaves We Don't Need to Whisper
Tom Delonge had his head shoved way up his ass with this album. Yuck.

Black Veil Brides We Stitch These Wounds
Black Veil Brides Set the World on Fire
Black Veil Brides Wretched and Divine
Black Veil Brides Black Veil Brides
Boys Like Girls Crazy World
Bring Me the Horizon Amo
Bring Me the Horizon That's the Spirit
Can we start calling this band "Park me the Linkin"? Bring me the Horizon likes to take their momentum and potential and throw it down the drain, as this is the second time they have done it. This album sounds like Bring me the Horizon being inspired by Minutes to Midnight by Linkin Park. Awful album, would not recommend to anybody.
Buckcherry Fifteen
How is it possible to have the worse vocals in music? Seriously, how Buckcherry?
Bullet for My Valentine Temper Temper
Bullet for My Valentine Venom

Ronnie could be a tolerable song writer if he wasn't so engulfed in his own ego. I will say, the autotuned breakdown almost made me pee my pants

John Lennon Unfinished Music No.1: Two Virgins
John Lennon Unfinished Music No.2: Life with the Lions
John Lennon Wedding Album
John Lennon John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band
John Lennon Imagine
John Lennon was a drug addict, a hypocrite, and mostly, a lazy musician. It really shows in this album. Its a complete mess.
John Lennon Some Time in New York City
Kendrick Lamar DAMN.
The only reason why I am ranking this a 1 is because I know that Sputnik is going to eventually make it so you cant rank this under a 2. That is bullshit and Sputnik needs to quit doing that. Ill post real rating on here after I listen to it.
Kesha Animal
Machine Head The Burning Red
Machine Head Supercharger
Maroon 5 V
Maroon 5 Overexposed
Metallica St. Anger
Miley Cyrus Bangerz
This album is proof that you can write complete shit, but as long as you act like a buffoon, people will buy your music. The stupid thing is that none of the songs are really that catchy. You can tell that all of these songs were written with zero thought, and were produced very quickly.
Miley Cyrus Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz
I'm not going to lie, when I first saw this album cover, I thought she was spreading shit all over her face.
Miss May I Rise of the Lion
Mudvayne The New Game
Mumford and Sons Babel
"Hey guys! I have a great idea!! Instead of trying something new and add something fresh to our sound, lets take "Sigh no more" and recreate it! We can even dumb it down a little."rI cannot believe this album won a Grammy for Best Album...
Mumford and Sons Wilder Mind
I mean hey, if this band can become successful by recreating the same damn album more than once, then why not?

Static-X Cult Of Static
This album saddens me because you can tell that Static-X was on the verge of breaking up, and that Wayne Static is completely depended on drugs during this album.
Suicide Silence You Can't Stop Me
Better vocals, just as bad song writing. lolthisbandissobad
Suicide Silence No Time to Bleed
Suicide Silence The Black Crown
Imagine working in a shitty vodka factory like Smirnoff. While you were making Smirnoff, you drop a bucket of Smirnoff on the floor and you spill all over. You decide to mop it up, bottle it, and sell it as a different brand. Thats what this album is. Its the bottom of the barrel in an already awful genre.
The Pretty Reckless Going to Hell
Thousand Foot Krutch Oxygen: Inhale
Three Days Grace Transit of Venus
Three Days Grace Human
Trivium Vengeance Falls
Trivium Silence in the Snow
We Came As Romans We Came As Romans
Weezer Make Believe
This is the album where Rivers completely lost his mind. Thats the only explanation I can think of for this album. Its so hard to believe that Weezer was responsible for creating such masterpieces such as The Sweater Song, but at the same time, make such crap like Beverly Hills.
Weezer The Red Album
Weezer Raditude
Weezer Pacific Daydream
