Zero risks, zero dynamic shifts, zero attempts to transcend the sound of their primary projects. Just 41 minutes of aimless noodling and then it ends. About as inessential as prog gets. At least most bad prog is interesting in a "this is a disaster but at least they're going for it!" kind of way. This just feels like something that got made more because the fans wanted it than because anyone involved actually wanted to make it. The art's really pretty, though!
