| I like the album, but I feel like the band isn't doing anything new. They have a very minimalistic approach, but often times the singing is so monotonous that it is rather forgettable. Best songs are 'Culminate' and 'Zero Cool', which both have a very similar vibe and are based on a repeating, frantic, start-stop riff. 'Gape' deserves an honorable mention for changing the pace of the album and is quite anthemic. |
