| This album I feel is kind of marred by people's expectation of what a guster album "should be." I initially didn't like the album, but I gave it another listen, and I really like it. It's clean, there's not a bad song on the album. There's no real stand out, but more than any guster album before it, the album can kind of wash over you. Every other guster album has a song or two I skip, and this doesn't. It also doesn't have an song that really steals the show, so this album feels very cohesive to me. |
