I think 'Only God' was a bit of a cop out, but that's about where my agreement ends. I was eagerly awaiting this album and kept up with the tracks as they were released, and with most songs, on first listen, I was a little underwhelmed. However, the more I listen to the majority of the songs, the more their complexity shines through. To each their own, but I think it's a solid follow-up and I look forward to what will hopefully be a long career by talented individuals (the entire band, not just Jonny -- although, his voice is exceptional and it's great to see him make strides in his personal life).
