3.5 great
Andromeda Extension of the Wish
Andromeda II=I
I love the memorable ditties/riffs in this whole album. Continued down the same path as "Extension" but definitely with a more refreshed sound, which can be partially accredited to David Fremberg's more appropriate-sounding vocal style (compared to the other guy)
Andromeda Chimera
This is definitely Andromeda showing their powerful side, so many moments on this album are more explosive by far than anything on the first two albums. That being said there's a lot more to dismiss here. "The Hidden Riddle" is one of those tracks that I skip even if I'm listening to this cover-to-cover. I also was kind of hoping that nearing ten minutes, "Blink of an Eye" would be closer to "epic" rather than the sheer heaviness that I hear throughout the song. I'm also a little disappointed that the technical prowess of Andromeda is so much more subtle on this record besides the solos. Ending on a good note though I discovered this group after this album was released and I thought it had enough fresh ideas that I was excited for the next release.

3.0 good
Andromeda The Immunity Zone
Getting into this album after having been used to the feel of the first three (spacey, proggy, technical caucophany of epic noise) was hard, and the opening track did NOT have the feel of an opening track, nor did I feel it was very good. That being said, one night I listened to it from cover to cover) and I can honestly say I would pay the same price for an EP that has "Veil", "My Star", and "Another Step" on it. The latter two have the power of many songs on "Chimera" with some of the proggy sounds that I would have even expected to hear on "Extension of the Wish". "Veil of Illumination" is undeniable though. It's truly an epic and contains basically every ingredient that allows a 17+ min song to be tolerable, and it definitely falls into many other categories than that.
