I saw them at my first real concert - opening for 3 Doors Down (lol). And although I HAVE moved onto much more creative, intelligent, talented, and oftentimes HARD music... I still have a soft spot for TOAD.rCan any of you HONESTLY say this is worse than the other rock on the radio? Maybe radio rock is exceptionally bad in Ohio? But I would say that many songs on this - "drown" "salt in the wound" "heavy" "misery of mankind" "panic room" "world war me" even softer "the one" and "livin my life like a country song" are better and more enjoyable than what I hear on the radio.rIt is lyrically far above their terribly sexist last album, musically it gets surprisingly heavy for them at timesrI mean its no Between the Buried and Me, Mastodon, Dillinger Escape Plan, etcrBut in a scale of radio rock - I'd say "3.0 - good" is adequate
