Douche bags. They made a super Christian album and then denied the claim that they're Christian after releasing an explicit second album. They admitted to stealing guitar riffs from countless death-metal songs that they threw in their debut after releasing a huge sound changing second "Generic" album. So let's recap, they basically stole from the Christian market and plagiarized their first album after getting questioned from releasing an awful second album. But hell... This album still slays! But I won't support this band at all.The Devil Wears Prada With Roots Above and Branches BelowThe Ghost Inside ReturnersThe New Low ContinuanceThe Paramedic ApolloThe Wonder Years No Closer to HeavenWoe, Is Me Number[s]Wolves at the Gate Captors4.0 excellentAugust Burns Red MessengersBad Rabbits Stick Up KidsBring Me the Horizon SempiternalConditions Full of WarFirst half of the album is absolutely excellent! The best of genres are infused into this album ranging from Post Hardcore and across the street to Progressive rock(and even a splash of Nu-Metal.) This album was made in the mid 2000's in which it fortunately avoided the breakdown era of Post hc and is mainly focused on killer guitar riffs and heart melting acoustics, this album also features 3 vocal duties which gives great variety of screams and whisper cleans. This album rarely has a dull moment.System of a Down Steal This Album! The Devil Wears Prada 8:18The Early November In CurrentsThe Fall of Troy ManipulatorThe Seeking Yours ForeverThe Skeptic The Fire Next TimeThe Weeknd House of BalloonsThe Wonder Years The UpsidesAlbum really shows off the vocals of how much of a bitch ass pussy Soupy sounds. While She Sleeps This Is the SixWhile She Sleeps BrainwashedYellowcard Ocean Avenue3.5 greatAlive Like Me Only ForeverBad Rabbits American LoveBeing as an Ocean Being As An OceanDream On Dreamer HopeThis is one of the most well made albums ever consisting of the infusions of Metalcore, Post Hardcore, and even trance. If you have come across this by chance please listen to this now for it is a rarity and a true gem of a genre that has a vast wasteland full of unoriginality and clones. Enter Shikari Take to the SkiesFor Today PortraitsForevermore Moths And RustI'm gonna call this album original (despite the fact they literally sound like August Burns Red) but there is just one thing that separates them from the Metalcore kings and that is the clean vocals. These vocals aren't just your ordinary clean vocals, they're poppy and they're outstanding. This little adjustment takes their music in a step of terrain that has not been done in the scene yet. Combining their serious, melodic, and technical aspects with fun, pop, and catchy bridges while maintaining the seriousness and passion of their music puts this band in a category of itself that no band has ever (in my opinion) achieved without people taking them seriously.Ghost Runner on Third Speak Your DreamsGo Radio Lucky StreetHalfway To Winter To the WolvesHands Like Houses Ground DwellerHands Like Houses UnimagineHaste the Day CowardJustin Bieber PurposeYou bastards for just giving this a 1. Back when this gem came out nobody understood the concept but when you listen to any band in the genre today you will come to the realization that Attack Attack!'s selftitled is one of the absolute best attempts of modern "Genericore."August Burns Red LevelerBear Hands DistractionBeartooth DisgustingBeing as an Ocean Dear G-dBeing as an Ocean How We Both Wondrously PerishBring Me the Horizon Suicide SeasonBring Me the Horizon There Is a Hell, Believe Me I've Seen It...Dance Gavin Dance Downtown Battle Mountain IIDance Gavin Dance Acceptance SpeechEmarosa VersusFor the Fallen Dreams ChangesFor the Fallen Dreams Back BurnerFor Today ImmortalGhost Town (US) Party in the GraveyardA pretty damn good album that's associated within a scene that's absolutely disgusting that is known to spawn bands like 'Blood On The Dance Floor' or 'Brokencyde.' Ghost Town does the best to create some nice music through a genre that is usually intolerable to listen to. Vocals are great, they actually implement some instrumentation other than electronics which makes the harsh vocals flow very nicely and not awkward compared to Brokencyde or Breathe Carolina's earlier work.I See Stars 3DI, the Breather Truth and PurposeIssues IssuesJason Lancaster As You AreMemphis May Fire ChallengerMiss May I Apologies Are for the WeakMiss May I MonumentMotionless in White CreaturesOur Last Night The Ghosts Among UsParkway Drive AtlasPicturesque Picturesque EPSECRETS Fragile FiguresSilent Planet The Night God SleptSilverstein I Am Alive In Everything I Touchugh... Where to begin? The second half of the album blows. The first half is extremely good but some elements still seem rushed. Not a bad album at all but to be followed by "This Is How The Wind Shift" is a huge let down to anyone who was attached to that album like I was.Squid the Whale Four MoreThe Almost Southern WeatherThe Devil Wears Prada PlaguesThe Devil Wears Prada Dead Throne2.5 averageAbandon All Ships GeevingBreathe Carolina It's Classy Not ClassicJustin Timberlake The 20/20 Experience - 2 of 2Memphis May Fire UnconditionalMike Posner 31 Minutes To TakeoffMyka Relocate Lies to Light the WayOur Last Night We Will All EvolveOur Last Night Age Of IgnoranceSECRETS The AscentTime Traveller Morla And The Red BalloonWe Came As Romans Tracing Back RootsWe Came As Romans We Came As RomansThis is not too bad. Regenerate is a decent track and The World I used To Know in my opinion, is the best song they ever made. But other than those 2 tracks the whole album is just flat out mediocre and I don't even mind the alternative rock shift, they just didn't execute it properly. I want to say that this album is a stepping stone but this is their 4th album and none of their albums have shown potential except their debut album, so I won't give this band the benefit of the doubt of giving us a good album in the future.2.0 poorI, the Breather These Are My SinsMiss May I At HeartSystem of a Down HypnotizeThat's Outrageous!
