4.5 superb
Scale the Summit The Collective
Scale the Summit's magnum opus, displaying a diverse range of sounds, riffs, but most of all displaying an overwhelmingly satisfying arrangement of leads and solos. Finally a modern progressive album that oversteps the need for technicality in favor of good songwriting and memorable musicianship.
Snarky Puppy We Like It Here
Redefining "packing a punch", 'We Like it Here' amazes at every turn. Deliciously tense songwriting leaves the listener no moment to doze off and with it, Snarky Puppy delivers an invigorating listen that warrants a place among the greats in modern fusion.

3.0 good
Norse Pest
Really brings something else to the table when it comes to creative riff writing and sculpting an
atmosphere that is as foreboding as it is destructive. However, songs feel a little unstructured
and more often than not the listener is left searching for direction.
