Possibly their best sounding album in years. I love the addition of synth and keyboards into the mix, it gives the album a ?spacey? vibe that really fits the story. I think a few more listens may bring my score up higher. 3.5 greatBlind Guardian Memories of a Time to ComeA great showcase of all that Blind Guardian has to offer, this "best of" compilation has something from every era of the bands career. It may not be anything new, but with remixed/remastered versions of their pre-2006 material it definitely worth checking out if you're a fan, or even if you're just getting into them. And the re-recorded versions of "Valhalla", "The Bard's Song (In the Forest)" and "And Then There Was Silence" are all welcome surprises too.
