George Harrison Cloud Nine
This album is a classic harrison album. From cloud 9 to got my mind set on you, it's a great musical experience throughout the whole thing
Green Day Dookie
Every song on the album is awesome. This album is completely flawless, except for the fact that it's too short.
The Cure Pornography

What happened? This album rules, but they went downhill fast afterwards
George Harrison Brainwashed
Tool Ænima
U2 Achtung Baby
U2 War
This is the best U2 album (along with the Unfogettable fire). Sunday bloody sunday, drowning man, 40, and many others are really great. The only problem with the album is the refugee is a little off...

3.5 great
Green Day 21st Century Breakdown
Joy Division The Best of Joy Division
Not phenomenal, because Ian Curtis's voice can get really boring (Transmissions), but the songwriting is great. Isolation is the albums best song.
Nirvana Nevermind
The album spawned 4 singles; Smells like teen spirit, in bloom, come as you are, and lithium. Most die hard grunge fans hate on teen spirit for being so popular. Guess what, it was so popular because it's awesome! Aside from that, In bloom is another great song that I would definitley check out too. However, I've always been bored by Come as you are. It's very dull and uninspiring. I like the chorus pedal at the intro though. I just find Lithium to be unlistinable at times. The chorus is so bad, but the rest of the song is alright. The bassline is great.
The album also spawned two promotional singles, both of which are awesome. Drain You and On a Plain both are very well written and well performed. In Drain You, there is a weird section in the middle, that sounds amazing! They should've been actual singles instead of come as you are and lithium.
This album has a lot of really agressive songs, namely Breed. Breed is a very brutally hard rocker, similar to those on their previous effort Bleach. Territorial pissings is another rocker too, although it can't compare to Breed in amazingness. I'd say Breed is the best on here.
Lounge act seemed more laid back than the rest of the album, especially coming right after Drain you. It has a very noticable bass riff overall. It's one of the less popular from the album. The least popular is also the worst though.
I don't know why, but I could never get into Stay away. I've always found it really annoying. It just sucks.
Both sides of the album end with acoustic songs, which is rare in Nirvana music. Polly closes out the first half of the album with a short little acoustic song. I'm surprised by how light its lyrics are. I've never made too much sense out of them, but it's a good song. Something in the way is a very dark song about when he was homeless and living underneath a bridge. The lyrics are reflecting on that, so its deeper than Polly. It's another highlight from the album.
Overall, I'd give it a 3.5. Out of the big 4 grunge albums (nevermind, ten, dirt, superunknown), this is the worst, but that just shows how good the others are. It's definitley worth checking out.
