Every instrument, every note has it's place, there is an abundance of brilliant riffs, tasty melodies and great solos. The vocalist Marc Hudson is in his best form here, having a lighter voice, he is displaying a great vocal range - from the lower notes to the soaring highs. The bass, the keyboards and the drumming are also excellent. Seems like each band member is pushing himself on this record. The album overall is consistent with very little, if any, really unenjoyable moments. Also worth mentioning, Dragonforce made a right move in choosing to record with Jens Bogren, as the quality of the production is definitely higher than on their previous material.
