The classic violin/dance background is a fresh sound, all the more admirable when you consider the sheer skill it takes to play. One could argue it opens the door to an entirely new genre, with opportunity limited only by imagination. I kept waiting for her to explore the world she put before me But she didn't. The songs are way too similar. The thumpy dance beat rarely varies, and some songs are so close that they sound like ripoffs of each other. There's one song that includes some dubstep influence, and another that nicely displays her talent for violin chords. But I am struggling to find ways to differentiate. She could have played with tempo, emotion, freestyle. She could have treaded all over her territory and how it bordered others. But instead, she what sounds like the same song eight times, with a couple bonuses. If you really like one song, you'll probably gush over the rest. If range is important, you'll be disappointed.
