4.5 superb
Front Porch Step Aware
A long awaited album for me. I have been following this artist on bandcamp for a while and
was excited when I heard he was signed to Pure Noise, soon to release a full length.
This is an extremely emotional album, one of the most of the year in my opinion. He avoids
the formula of most acoustic pop punk artists. With much more introspection, the writing
allows the listener to feel his emotions. Tracks To Listen To :"Island Of The Misfit
Boy", "Drown", and "I Won't Say That I'm Okay"
The Front Bottoms Talon of the Hawk
The Wonder Years The Greatest Generation

4.0 excellent
The Antlers Familiars
Title Fight Spring Songs
Title Fight goes further in the direction they were going in with the later tracks on their last full length, Floral Green. They blend influences in 90's emo, hardcore, and grunge in this new release.

3.5 great
Mayday Parade Monsters in the Closet

3.0 good
Various Artists (Punk) Punk Goes Christmas
I think that this is a true redemption for Fearless records and their Punk Goes... albums. It is true that some songs may be boring or formulaic, such as Man Overboard's Father Christmas or The Summer Set's This Christmas. But its nice to hear some variation in other artists' such as, Crown the Empire and Set It Off. Not to mention that many of the songs are originals, like we could stand more covers of classic Christmas songs.
