| It's an OK remix record, but it would've been much better if Matthew Herbert, Current Value & Alva Noto had featured more heavily. The Omar Souleyman reworkings just don't make any sense, The Slips's and 16bit's remixes ignore the interesting rhythm work that made the originals so great. Death Grips can easily pass, but sometimes sound a tad clumsily executed, also rhythm-wise. |
