It is a significant improvement from the last album. 20/20 Experience is compiled with
colourful tracks that features the catchy tunes sang by JT's smooth vocals. Each of the
tracks surprised me in their own, unique way. An example of this would be the track
"Strawberry Bubble Gum" in which the smooth, R&B sentiment later changes in to a samba-like
vibe. In terms of JT's lyrics, although are not profound (mainly about romance and drugs),
they do make the songs to be frolic and bubbly. Overall, it is an enjoyable album that could
be considered as one of the best pop records of the generation. |
