Wilderun Sleep at the Edge of the EarthYes RelayerThe fact that so early in it's career a band could write a third album with at least one 20+ minute epic is incredible. Considering they went for the same format as Close to the Edge track listing wise you knew this would be heavily compared with it and for good reason. It's not quite as good as Close to the Edge , but if we judged everything based on that comparison very few albums would ever get good ratings.Yes Fly from HereFly From Here is undoubtably a mixed bag, the title track/epic is phenomenal featuring some great parts and one of their catchiest melodies. This sucks, this is easily the least inspired album this band has ever released. I hear no passion only the death cry of the tortured Tony Kakko begging for release from his own personal hell. Man he must really miss Jani, I know I do. Okay there's like three decent songs on it, Message from the Sun, Demon's Cage, Ismo's Got Good Reactors. That's it.
